Trading for rebate, any advice?

Did/Do you solely exchange for rebate? Or Did/Do you have a separate account to exchange for rebate?
If so, any information is highly love!

Please correct me if i am wrong or miss something.
I believing that we need the followings:
A automated system which make a lot of trade at least break even (include trading prices like distributed and commission) Reliable and speedy online link (VPS?) API or FIX Trading Good broker Good rebate agency High liquidity sessions like London and Newyork Stay away from loony market events
I think this way of trading is low risk and 99% profitable (1% for black swan), correct?
$1,000 for testing enough? How long or how many trades can rely as profitable?

Please note that I exchange centered on all Major Pairs and Gold, nothing to do with arbitrage.

At this time, I believe I can make around at 200 trades/day, 4000 trades/month (let's state month = 20 trading days) there's a service offer 0.7 pip lien on FXCM. If a trade = 0.1 lot. I do not have to profit, as long as I'm split even, I can make $2800 a month or $33600 annually with rebate. That is actually cool in concept.
